About this addon
What it does
Found an herb you can't pick, a mineral vein you can't mine, or a locked treasure chest with no Rogue in sight? Right-click it, and Come & Get It creates a message you can use to share or broadcast the coordinates. Being a hero has never been so easy.

🌿 Herbs, Ore, and Chests // Works with Herbalism nodes, Mining veins, and locked Treasure Chests. Every callout is addressed to the people who can actually do something about it — Herbalists, Miners, or Rogues.
📍 Coordinates and Zone Included // Each message carries the node name, your map coordinates, and the zone, so anyone nearby can actually find it.
✏️ You Hit Send // The draft lands in your chat box and waits. Pick a default channel — Local, Say, Yell, Party, or Guild — then edit, redirect, or cancel any draft before it goes out.
🦺 Safety First // Nothing fires inside dungeons and raids, during combat, or while you're mid-message, so it never steals your movement keys in a fight or spams a group that can't gather it anyway.
Setup
- Install the add-on, ideally using CurseForge or Wago.
- Log in.
- Open Options > AddOns > Come & Get It and pick where your callouts go — Local, Say, Yell, Party, or Guild.
- Right-click an herb, ore vein, or locked treasure chest you can't gather.
- The draft appears in your chat box. Edit it if you like, then hit Enter.
- Come & Get It // "If you ping it, they will come."
How It Works
What Sets It Off
You don't need the profession to use this — you need to not have it. Come & Get It waits for the moment the game tells you no, then drafts the callout for whoever can finish the job.

Anatomy of a Callout

A cross raid marker so it stands out in a busy chat window, who the callout is for, what's sitting there, and exactly where to find it.
Where It Posts

Local is the default. Every draft opens with your chosen channel already filled in, so redirecting one message is just editing the slash command before you press Enter.
When It Stays Quiet
- Inside dungeons and raids. Nobody in there is coming out to pick your herb.
- In combat. An open chat box eats your movement keys, so the callout is dropped rather than saved for later — click the node again once the fight's over.
- For five seconds after a callout. One node, one message.
- While you're typing. A message you're already writing never gets clobbered.
- For locked boxes in your bags. They're locked too, but the coordinates would just be yours.
