The addon will forcibly disabled profanityFilter on CN servers, which was cannot be disabled by players in CN server, no matter what client language you're using.

Will also force disable CVar overrideArchive, bring back normal models.

NOTICE: the NEW FILTER STSTEM will make messages for certain words been directly blocked and disappeared by server, rather than simply being converted into gibberish. this addon cannot bring they back, should use AntiSilence 聊天反和谐 to slove this problem.
