Do you want to be able to use ElvUI's bags and the addon, Scrap (Junk Seller), at the same time and have it display "SOMETHING" on the items!
Scrap Support (ElvUI Plugin) is the solution! This ElvUI plugin allows Scrap (Junk Seller) display an icon for items it has marked as junk. Take that control of your junk now and download Scrap Support (ElvUI Plugin)!
