🎣 Single-Button Fishing

One key. That's the whole addon.

Press it: you cast. Press it when the bobber dips: you loot. Your lure wore off? The same key reapplies it. Food, drink, bobbers, fishing gear — SBF keeps your entire fishing setup running through a single button, deciding on every press what actually needs to happen next.

No more opening bags mid-cast. No more realizing your lure expired twenty casts ago. No more macro spaghetti.

What sets it apart? It handles combat and healing for those pesky Blood Hunters with that same key.

What it handles for you

• The cast loop — cast, catch, recast, on one keybind (secure, Blizzard-legal buttons — no automation, one action per press, always).
• Buffs and consumables — lures, bobbers, food, and drink are managed as a rotation: whatever's missing or expired gets refreshed on your next press, then it's straight back to fishing. Items you own and spells you know are detected automatically.
• Gear swapping — switch into your fishing setup and back out again without touching the character pane. If your pole slot is empty, SBF finds your best pole for you.
• Ultra-Fast looting — catches are scooped the moment the loot window appears. (Prefer manual? Turn it off — everything is configurable.)
• Combat safety — everything defers politely when combat starts and picks back up when it ends.

It remembers everything

• A fishing journal — every cast and its outcome (caught, expired, missed) is logged with the zone you were in. Browse your history in the Log tab.
• A stats page — all-time totals plus your current session: casts, catches, catch rate, fish per hour, time fished.
• A skill book — your fishing skill per expansion, across all your characters.
• A learned item catalog — SBF learns the buff, duration, and cooldown of every fishing item it sees you use, and gets smarter about your rotation as you play.

Profiles

Per-character or Warband-wide configuration — combat behavior, gear, and rotation slots can differ per character, so your main and your leveling alt can each fish their own way.

Optional: take your data with you

Pair with GEC Uplink, our free desktop companion, and your fishing history syncs to your profile at goblineng.co — stats, sessions, and catches, browsable outside the game and safe if your computer isn't. Entirely optional; the addon is fully functional standalone.
