NiceClock

NiceClock is a lightweight clock + utility addon that adds a clean on-screen time display, reliable alarms/reminders, playtime tracking, and a bundle of optional quality-of-life tweaks (all configurable in-game).

Clock

• Customizable font, size, and color
• Optional date and seconds
• 12h / 24h time format
• Display local time, server time, or apply a time zone offset
• Optional hourly chime
• Optional visual effects:
  • RGB clock (animated color cycling)
  • Wave clock (animated wave motion)
• Drag to move (defaults near the top-center on first install)
• Toggle visibility:
  • Hide the clock text
  • Hide the small icon next to the clock

Alarms & reminders

• Create multiple alarms with optional reminder text
• Alarm includes a full-screen overlay + sound
  (dismiss with any click or key press)
• Adjustable alarm duration
• Supports in-game calendar event alarms (triggers the alarm with the event title)

Quick reminders (toast popups):

• Creates a small on-screen notification for quick “remind me later” notes

Playtime tracking

NiceClock can display:

• Total time played (this character)
• Total time played (all tracked characters)
• Optional counters for:
  • Session
  • Today
  • This week
  • This month
  • This year

Extras:

• Optional tooltip on hover (clock icon / minimap icon) showing your enabled tracking lines
• Reset Data button for tracked timers

Note: The “all characters” total only includes characters you’ve logged into with NiceClock enabled.

Combat text tweaks (per character)

• Choose a combat text font (built-in packs + custom slots)
• Adjust combat text size
• Toggles for:
  • Combat healing
  • Combat damage
  • Pet damage
  • Periodic damage

Some combat text font changes may require a full game restart on certain clients.

Commands

• /niceclock
  Opens the settings window.

• /niceclock remind me in <number><s|m|h|d> <message>
  Example: /niceclock remind me in 10m Take a break

• /niceclock alarm HH:MM [AM|PM] [message]
  Examples:

  • /niceclock alarm 7:30 AM Take out the bins
  • /niceclock alarm 21:15 Raid starts

• /alarm <minutes> [message]
  Example: /alarm 15 Stretch

Notes

• QoL and combat options modify Blizzard settings/CVars. If another addon manages the same settings, whichever applies last will win.
• “All characters” playtime totals only include characters you’ve logged into with NiceClock enabled.
