Insane for PvP is a lightweight addon that shows the true target of spells directly next to the spell name on target and focus cast bars.

Unlike the default Blizzard UI, which relies on Target-of-Target and can be misleading, this addon displays exactly who a spell is being cast on. For example, if a mage targets you but casts Polymorph on your healer using focus or macros, the Blizzard ToT frame still shows you - while Insane for PvP correctly shows your healer as the spell target.

Whether you’re in arena, battlegrounds, dungeons, or raids, this addon gives you clear, accurate spell targeting at a glance.
