Excerpt from the author's description on CurseForge
This is helpful if an addon delevoper asks you to disable all other addons and you want an easy way to restore your previously enabled addons. Or maybe you want to have different sets of addons enabled for different types of content e.g. a minimal set of addons for better game performance in raids.
- /ap save Saves the currently enabled addons as a profile with the given profilename.
