Excerpt from the author's description on CurseForge

GearScore (Forever): the Classic and TBC Classic GearScore, adapted to World of Warcraft: Forever. It shows on your character sheet, on inspected players and in tooltips.

GearScore (Forever) brings back the GearScore everyone knows from Classic and TBC Classic, adapted to World of Warcraft: Forever. At a glance you can see how well geared a player is, which helps when you put groups and raids together.

Character sheet: GS : … in the bottom-left corner and iLvl : … in the bottom-right corner, updated whenever you change gear.
Inspect window: the same display on any player you inspect.
