From the author
Excerpt from the author's description on CurseForge
Forever Simple DR shows diminishing returns on enemy players and on you: how much shorter the next stun, fear or root will be, and when the enemy (or you) is immune. Icons sit on a movable bar for your target and above enemy nameplates, each with a timer until its category resets. The game hides enemy auras from addons in a match, so DR builds the picture from the game's own DR updates instead, and shows red for immune even when that is kept secret. In game it is listed as Forever DR.
