Excerpt from the author's description on CurseForge
AutoGrats is a World of Warcraft Classic addon designed to make leveling and guild life a little more social. It automatically congratulates party and guild members when they level up, and can welcome new members when they join your guild.
Say goodbye to manually typing "gz" and hello to automated celebrations! AutoGrats handles the repetitive stuff while keeping your party and guild interactions more fun.
