About this addon
What it does
Vortex lets you view the inventories of all of your characters at any time. The user interface is designed to be quick and easy to use, and to look similar to the default interfaces. Suitable for people who aren't interested in one bag-solutions or replacing the default interfaces. The base addon includes modules for all items; equipped, backpack, bank, void storage, mailbox, auction house and guild bank items.
Vortex uses the DataStore suite of libraries to store all the information. If you install Vortex using the Curse Client, the required DataStore addons gets installed automatically, otherwise you will need to manually install the latest version of each addon.

How to use
Open the addon using either of the following slash commands:
/vortex/vx
You may also bind a hotkey via the key binding menu, or use the LibDataBroker launcher.
To store data, you first need to login with the character, and visit the bank, mailbox, void storage etc.
Features
- Choose to display items in a list view or a more graphical format.
- Quickly search for items among your characters and guild banks.
- Adds tooltip info to items about which of your characters has the item.
Search
To start searching, simply start typing in the search box in the top right corner of the main frame. This will put you in a search mode. Searching is done as you type. The checkbox next to the search box lets you choose whether to search on all realms or only on the realm which you're currently playing. To exit out of search mode and return to the module view, click the x button in the bar at the top of the search results, or select any module from the module list.
You may also search without first opening the addon using the slash command /vxs. This will open the addon and display the results there. For example
/vxs harmony
