About this addon
What it does
TameHelper is a handy addon designed for Hunters to help you identify and track the various pet families you can tame, based on your unlocked tomes, your race, and your specialization.
Simply type /tamehelp to see a full list of special taming unlocks with color-coded Yes/No results. Any unlock you're missing will show a hoverable item link right in chat — mouse over it to see the full in-game tooltip for the tome or item you need, so you know exactly what to farm or buy. Race defaults are automatically detected, so Zandalari Trolls, Pandaren, Forsaken, Gnomes, Goblins, Mechagnomes, Dracthyr, and Haranir will see their free unlocks noted automatically.
If you are in Beast Mastery spec, the addon also lists all exotic pet families available to you.
