What it does
Professions Helper: Your Smart Material Dashboard
Professions Helper is a lightweight, context-sensitive HUD designed to streamline your crafting and gathering. Instead of digging through bags, it provides a dynamic visual overview of your materials, tailored to your location and character.
From WeakAura to Standalone
Starting as a popular WeakAura on Wago.io, this project is now a standalone addon. This transition allows for better performance, cleaner interface management across zones, and a robust foundation for the Midnight expansion. This is the official version for all future updates.
Key Features
- Smart Location Filtering: Automatically adapts to your surroundings. Minimalist in the wild (essential bars), detailed in capital cities (material icons and profession stats).
- Expansion-Aware HUD: Optimized for The War Within and prepared for Midnight. Filters items based on your current zone.
- Automatic Tool Detection: Specialized trackers (e.g., Woodcutting) toggle visibility when the required tool is detected.
- Skill & Cooldown Tracking: Displays charges, durations, and recharge times for profession spells (e.g., Sharpen Knife, Carve Meat).
- Fishing Matrix: Tracks expansion-specific fishing progress per zone.

Added Advanced Sorting for all categories (by Expansion, Item Value, or Manual/Number-based).

Added Dungeon/Raid/Delve Mode to toggle icon visibility in instances.
Reintroduced individual color-picking for every status bar.
Refactored core code for significantly better performance.

Added Quick-Lock/Unlock Commands: Use /ph lock or /ph unlock for instant frame positioning.
v0.8.1 - delete a item that does not exist
v0.8.2 - Bugfix: bar don't show twice if you have 2(two) collecting professions
v0.8.3 - Added overload-skills of midnight (Overloard Herb and Ore) - Deleted entries of old overload-skill in the midnight-lua
Preparing "Free Choice" system for custom item-to-category assignments.
