Five massive war fronts

Fight across five independent campaigns:

• Arathi Highlands
• Gilneas
• Loch Modan
• Southern Barrens
• Durotar

Each front features its own territory network, faction capitals, objectives, resources, and progression paths.

Capture connected zones, unlock new attack routes, break through enemy defenses, and launch a final siege against the opposing capital.

Strategic territory warfare

Overlord is more than a collection of capture points.

• Hold capture circles to claim territory
• Defend zones against enemy assaults
• Outnumber opponents to reverse their progress
• Unlock objectives through connected territory chains
• Choose between multiple attack routes
• Assault enemy capitals in extended sieges
• Earn weekly domination for your faction
• Follow the nearest objective directly from the HUD

Leaving a capture point causes progress to decay. Equal forces freeze the timer. Enemy superiority pushes the capture back.

Every player inside the battlefield can change the outcome.

Shared multiplayer campaigns

Overlord synchronizes campaign activity between players through faction channels, groups, raids, and the Overlord community.

Players on the same shard can share:

• Territory ownership
• Active captures and timers
• Front activity
• Player kills and contributions
• Guild keeps and outposts
• Weekly domination
• War Generals and faction alerts
• Resource activity

A shard indicator helps players identify different layers and group together for the most reliable battlefield experience.

Gold, wood, and battlefield upgrades

Control strategic resources to strengthen your faction.

Gold mines

Earn gold by controlling mines, remaining inside mining areas, and gathering ore.

Spend gold to:

• Accelerate your next capture
• Reinforce friendly territory
• React to enemy mining activity
• Claim rewards from dangerous opponents

Forests

Gather wood from forests and shared faction reserves.

Invest wood to increase your faction's weekly domination and support long term control of the front.

Guild Keeps

Guilds can conquer dedicated strongholds across:

• Ashenvale
• The Wetlands
• Badlands
• The Crossroads
• Elwynn Forest
• Mulgore

Guild Keeps feature:

• Scheduled daily vulnerability windows
• Large contested capture areas
• Guild ownership and defense
• Shared fort resources
• Barricades and upgrades
• Dedicated synchronization
• Guild honors and leaderboard recognition

Only the enemy faction can assault a keep. Holding one requires organization, presence, and a guild ready to defend its name.

Guild Outposts

Every war front contains a guild outpost that can be attacked at any time.

• Capture an outpost for your guild
• Hold it for up to 24 hours
• Defend it against the enemy faction
• Track ownership on the world map
• Earn leaderboard credit

Outposts create fast guild objectives without waiting for a Keep vulnerability window.

Become the War General

Group and raid leaders can assume command of their faction on an active front.

The War General appears on the map for synchronized allies, providing a visible rally point for the entire offensive.

Only one General may lead each faction on a front. If the General falls, the battlefield is notified.

Blood Bounties

Reach a 10 player kill streak without dying and become a marked target.

Your position appears to enemies as a bounty. Defeating a bounty grants bonus kill credit and gold.

The stronger your streak becomes, the more attention you attract.

Featured front and live activity

One front is featured each siege day.

On the featured front:

• Player kills grant double leaderboard credit
• Kills award additional Overlord gold
• Recent activity shows where players are fighting
• Captures, assaults, and kills reveal the most active battlefields

Open the side panel to find the war instead of waiting for it.

Call your faction to arms

When enemies are nearby, trigger a faction call to alert online allies in the Overlord community.

Use it to reinforce a contested zone, defend a Guild Keep, rally around the General, or turn a small skirmish into a full battlefield.
