Nameplates based on the NeavUI style.
Options
- Color Player Names by Threat Level
- Show Target on Castbar

- Adjustable debuff frames including size.

- Show quest marker on quest mobs.
- Name only mode for friendly players.
Slash Commands
- /nplates config: To bring up options screen.
- /nplates reset: To reset all cvar options back to Blizzard defaults.
