About this addon
What it does
A super simple and super lightweight addon that allows moving up or down the Raid Frame Side Menu.
It also allows for fading it out when not open or hovering the mouse and changing the Strata (background preference) of the menu window.
(The fading functionality might cause conflicts with DejaPRFader, not recommended using both addons due to overlapping functionality.)

Known bugs:
* When using default Raid Frames and when it's anchored to the Raid Manager (when you expand Raid Manager and the Raid Frames move with it), changing the strata also changes it for the Raid Frames. I'm not sure how to fix this so if anyone has any idea let me know.
