Maelstrom Weapon

This addon displays Maelstrom Weapon buff stacks as though they were combo points with a style that attempts to emulate the default game. It currently displays 5 points, where all points are blue when there are 5 or less stacks of Maelstrom Weapon, and points turn red when at 6 or more stacks.
