What it does
Hides those annoying help plates and tutorials
Every time you create a new toon the help plates will show up again. This removes them for you so you don't have to click them off.
Disabling the Tutorials option does not clear the help plates, it only hides the big "New Player Experience" popups.
The micro menu warnings can be hidden with HideTalentAlert.
