HealIQ – Smart Healing Spell Suggestions for Restoration Druids
HealIQ is a lightweight and intuitive healing suggestion addon designed specifically for Restoration Druids in World of Warcraft.
Whether you're a new healer looking for guidance or an experienced raider optimizing cooldown usage, HealIQ provides real-time, in-combat spell recommendations based on your active buffs, cooldowns, and combat conditions.
🧠 What It Does
- Recommends your next best healing spell based on context
- Tracks HoTs like Rejuvenation, Regrowth, and Lifebloom
- Prompts for Clearcasting Regrowths and Swiftmend usage
- Suggests Wild Growth and Tranquility for incoming group damage
- Helps you build muscle memory and efficiency without automating gameplay
🖼️ Features
- Clean, floating suggestion icon UI (movable and resizable)
- Lightweight and low-impact performance
- Smart priority-based engine tailored for Restoration Druids
- Future support for DBM/BigWigs integration and queue previews
- Optional support for DPS suggestion mode during healing downtime
❌ What It Doesn't Do
- HealIQ does not select targets or cast spells for you
- It doesn't show live health % for party/raid frames
- It avoids automation, staying 100% compliant with Blizzard's API rules
🔧 Configuration
- UI icon can be moved and scaled
- Suggestions update dynamically in combat
- Slash command:
/healiq(GUI config coming soon)
📅 Roadmap
- WeakAura export bridge (advanced users)
- In-combat queue preview (2–3 spell lookahead)
- Catweaving/DPS support for Mythic+ healingExpansion to other healing specs (Mistweaver, Holy Priest)
