About this addon
What it does
Successor to Moonbunnie's tracker. The aura shows the strength of the bleed you can apply compared to the strength of the bleed on the target:
Green/higher than 100: Reapplying the bleed now would make it stronger
Grey/100: Reapplying the bleed now would keep it the same strength
Red/lower than 100: Reapplying the bleed now would make it weaker
Disclaimer
if you're having issues or running into bugs, please try /reload before anything else. if that doesn't work, try to have reproducible steps, error logs (bugsack) or at least more info than just "why no work" and a screenshot of something. Due to Blizzard's attempts do kill off anything like this, its not only really hard to get it to work reliably, but also really hard to debug. (also best place to contact me is discord)
The user friendliness of the addon is an ongoing-wip. Currently it supports the following:
/fbp <rake|li|rip>- Activates a frame selector for anchoring for the chosen dot. A border should appear if you're hovering a valid frame that you can then click to select. If cursor is rapidly flashing, that's likely a sign that it'd not a valid frame. I'll improve the logic eventually. If the frame you want to anchor to is invalid, anchor rake to something like your player frame, and then anchor li/rip to rake and use/fbp anchorwith offsets until you get them to be where you want./fbp fontsize <number>- Regulates the font size of the numbers/fbp font <name>- changing the font, routes to interface/FONTS/ so if you wanna use this drop whatever font you want in there, e.g. expressway.ttf, then do/fbp font expressway/fbp anchor <relative_point> <anchor_point> <x_offset> <y_offset>- equivalent of Frame:SetPoint() (link), use it to fine-tune where the text is placed relative to the anchor frame selected through the first command. default is equivalent to "/fbp anchor center center 0 0"/fbp reset- wipes all the saved variables in case of something going wrong. you can /reload after and then go through the setup again.
1) If your CDM frames aren't set to "always visible', the addon will not update whenever a bleed expires. Should be fine in a raid-st setting.
2) If you're struggling to choose a CDM frame as an anchor, make sure tooltips are on in Edit Mode (or in the settings of whatever is managing your anchor of choice, e.g. EUI's CDM). Can disable them again once its anchored.
3) Some CDM addons might delete the CDM frame so the addon cannot hook to them. This is important for knowing when tf/bleeds fall off, and without the information available the functionality is slightly less reliant. This will also happen if you're tracking TF in the "tracked bars" section of CDM (or not tracking it at all).
What does this mean for you as a user? You might see inconsistencies if the addon uses the fallback functionality - e.g. stealth will cause tf to be considered active.
Tested and works fully with default Blizzard Cooldown Manager (CDM), ArcUI, EllesmereUI, BetterCooldownManager & AyijeUI. Let me know if you're using anything else and how that's going for you.
