EllesmereUI: Standalone Minimap

EllesmereUI Minimap is a clean, modern minimap replacement that skips the bloat and just delivers a simple but polished new look for your minimap. Features include:

- Middle Click to open Micro Menu options
- Great Vault Button
- Mythic+ Portals
- Minimap Button Grouping
- Square Minimap option
