Cursed Surge Tracker

All five Cursed Surge timers on one map.

No setup. Install it and open The Coiled Isle.

• Five timers at once. Every spawn point, not just the current one.
• A window you can put anywhere. Next surge, big countdown, waypoint button, and arrows to look further ahead.
• Warned early. Chat and sound at 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 minutes. Silent in dungeons, raids and PvP. Seven sounds to pick from, or none at all.
• Set it up in a panel. /cst options for a size slider, the sound picker and every toggle. No config file, no reload.
• Knows when it is dead. The live pin follows the actual rare, not a clock.
• Cursebreaker progress. How many of the 300 you have done.

The rotation

Surges cycle every 45 minutes, so each spawn point returns every 3h 45m.

Reading a pin

A venom droplet inside a ring that drains as the surge approaches. Green and orange share one 90-minute countdown, so an empty ring always means now.

Left-click any pin to set a waypoint, using TomTom if you have it and Blizzard's own map pin otherwise. Right-click clears it.

Blizzard draws its own pin for a live surge at the same spot, so the two overlap. /cst blizz hides just that one and leaves every other pin alone.

Planning ahead

Hover a pin and it lists that spot's next six times. The window's arrows step through the next 20 spawns, about 15 hours out. Both are there for the same reason: so you can park a character somewhere that will be live when you next log in.

Accuracy

• Timing comes from the same API as the in-game Event Schedule panel, and recalibrates on login. Order and phase follow Blizzard's data, so a reshuffle will not break it.
• The live pin tracks the real map marker. A surge ends when its rare dies, often within minutes, so the pin goes with it instead of claiming 45 minutes.
