Automatically creates five macros (CM_Flask, CM_Potion, CM_HealPotion, CM_Healthstone & CM_Bufffood) based on your current bag contents — always the best available item, automatically.

• Separate priority list per category – decide for yourself which item gets used first
• Add items by Item-ID or drag & drop them directly into the addon window (IDs found on Wowhead or in the tooltip)
• Reorder anytime with + / -, remove individual items with X
• Green bar = item in bags · Red bar = item missing
• Macros update automatically on bag change (can be disabled)
• Combat-safe – all actions are blocked during combat (taint protection)
• Fully localized in English and German
• ElvUI skin is detected and applied automatically
• Supports WoW Midnight 12.0.5

Commands:

• /cm – Toggle window
• /cm update – Update macros immediately
• /cm reset – Clear all lists and reload UI
• /cm help – Show all commands in chat
