What it does
Announces who cast a haste spell (bloodlust, heroism etc.), or combat res spell (rebirth, soulstone etc.) in raid chat, party chat, instance chat or /say, in that order, depending on what group you're in.
Announces Haste (Bloodlust, Heroism etc.), Combat Resurrection (Rebirth, Soulstone etc.) and certain Hostile spells (Explosion in M+) in a chat channel appropriate for your group (raid, party, instance or say in that order)
Also allows adding custom announcements with commands
`/CDDAddSpell <Haste, CR, Hostile_Untargeted, Hostile_Targeted, Notable_Untargeted OR Notable_Targeted> <SpellID>`
