Bravo's UI Improvements

User interface improvements to the default UI in World of Warcraft. The goal is not to deviate from the default UI and replace existing frames with something more fancy,
but rather enhance what's already there with features most users might wish was there by default.

All features are optional and if they're not enabled no code related to that feature should be running.

With the loss of WeakAuras I've added a WeakAura-like section for features that replaces old WeakAuras me and my friends used.

Features:

Default UI:

• Class color on Unit Frame health bars
• Timers on all cast bars and Icon on player cast bar
• Move cast bar on top for Target and Focus
• Change sorting direction for bags
• Hide Stance Bar
• Add Quick Keybind Mode button to ESC menu
• Expansion in tooltip
• Improved Edit Mode

    - Added On Hover visibility to action bars, bags and micro menu

    - Hide macro text on action bars

    - Abbreviated keybinding text (like ElvUI)

    - Move LFG eye independent of micro menu

WeakAura-like:

• Call to Arms notifications
• Gear and Talent loadout indicator
• Combat state notifications
• Ready Check - Check gear & talents reminder (with repair warning)
• Tank shield durability warning
• Group tools (Pull timer and readycheck buttons. Combat ress timer)
• Stance indicator (No aura reminder for paladins)
• Resource tracker (Maelstrom, Soul Fragments, Combo points, Mana/Rage/Energy)
• Stat Panel
• Active loot spec
• No pet/Pet idle reminder
